Clamshell Cards

Clamshell Card is encapsulated with RFID transponder and ABS shell case. The thickness is 1.8mm thicker than 0.84mm ISO card, so it is also called thick card.  The upside with a hole is for hanging with lanyard, therefore, it is widely used in access control systems. In addition, Clamshell card is ideal for ruggedised use and general card applications due to low cost features.
